Assembly and Packaging

Viper Northwest offers the flexibility to fill orders of all sizes. We consistently provide our customers with superior products, outstanding customer service, and the quickest turnaround in the industry. Our current customers have expanding and evolving packaging requirements, so we are always ready to provide innovative ways to quickly meet their needs. We offer a wide range of packaging solutions and services, including packaging design, professional testing, and stocking programs. All styles and types of packaging are provided, such as, corrugated and foam packaging, custom wood and cushion crating, and prompt delivery by our company-owned fleet of trucks or our many world-wide common carriers.

Cleaning and Packaging

Viper Northwest can meet your cleaning and package specifications. We have clean room capabilities. Viper Northwest also works with several cleaning companies that specialize in cleaning for the semiconductor, aerospace and bio-medical technology industries.

Product Testing

Viper Northwest is prepared to meet your product testing requirements. We manufacture test stands, fixtures, mock-ups, and have all the know-how to test and provide you with working data.

We offer test certifications and test results if required.

Custom Packaging

We package products using cardboard boxes and reusable wooden crates to containerization. Regardless of size or shape, Viper Northwest, Inc. will package your goods securely so they reach their destination in the same condition they where placed in the container.

Our logistics department handles shipments on all levels from door-to-door to international drop shipments. Our team of expert logistics coordinators will handle your shipment through the entire process. We specialize in staying one step ahead of your shipment to ensure its successful arrival.
