Tool Making
Viper Northwest builds custom tooling required to mold, precision form, machine and weld a variety of parts requested by customers. Tools can include: dies, molds, fixtures, templates, inspection fixtures, locating fixtures, tooling for assembly, all built to the standards set by our customers.
Model Making and Prototyping
Viper Northwest machines and fabricates prototypes and models from a large variety of materials. Models can be built fully functional, semi functional, or as an appearance model depending on need and cost considerations. We understand that models and prototypes are by nature flexible and changeable. We will work with our customers on changes and offer design suggestions to help make the model more cost effective and functional.
